Paralegal Vittoria Rainone

Vittoria Rainone is a parttime paralegal at the Law Offices of Dominic E. Rainone, PLC with two years of experience. Vittoria is a 2L in the J.D. program at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law with an expected graduation date of 2024. Vittoria has experience working on estate planning, administration, and litigation matters and aids the firm in a variety of legal situations and cases. Prior to working as a paralegal, Vittoria worked as a file clerk for the firm through her later years in high school and college.

At UC Hastings, Vittoria is a member of the Honors Society, and serves as External Vice President of the Women’s Law Society, the largest organization on campus. After earning her J.D., Vittoria wishes to pursue a career in corporate transactional law. She is the author of the article “Are AB Trusts still necessary?” on this website.
